Whew! Finally… I’m hired..

After 4 years…

First day of 2010, my sis and her daughter came unexpectedly. It’s been 4 years since the last time we saw each other. My mom and I were really surprised because we don’t know that they will come. We visited our father and light a candle on his grave and greeted him a happy new year.

Something to Share…

I thought July is the month for me. I mean a good start for everything, a good job and a good life. First week, I received a message from GALESPI COMLINK Enterprises for the schedule of examination and interview. I applied there as an encoder. That day I thought I was very lucky because I passed the three examinations they have given us, one written and two hands-on type of exam. Out of 30 applicants, only 18 left for the interview. Then after that me and the other applicants passed the initial and final interview. It was Sunday when I received the schedule of our training.

Second week, our training started. I was so excited at that time for it was my first time to work. I am very optimistic that I will make it, thinking and hoping that day will be the good start of a good life. On the first day, the trainer gave us some lectures about the nature of the job and the things we need to learn and understand. Second day, 8 hours of work all we did was profiling, joining and signing up on different social networks and dating sites. Third, fourth, fifth and sixth day I lose my hope. I remember that I applied there as an encoder not a sales agent that’s why on the seventh day I quit.

I drop out because I simply don’t like that kind of job.  I thought it was an encoding company but it was not, it was a chat marketing where you will sell a membership on a porn site through chatting. First you need to make a female profile on different social networks and dating sites and you need to make a good impression by writing good things on the about me and about my match page or area and it is also important to embed your contacts there, it can be a YM or Hotmail where interested men will reach you. Then if someone sent you a personal message that person will be your client. You need to control and start a good conversation. The trainer also taught us on the first day of some rebuttals or strategies that we will use to make a lot of sales in the future. I have one example here:

Another method is hook-up. You will act as if you are living near the place of your client and will meet him in any place. But first the sales agent will tell the client that he needs to verify himself for an assurance that he is a safe man. If he still didn’t agree the agent will tell him that her friend before met her chat mate and got rape so she doesn’t want that to happen to her. That will be the line of the agent to convince her client to verify himself then the agent will give him a link to sign up. Then in that way if the client signs it up the agent will automatically have the sale.

If the client doesn’t want to sign up in a link that will be given by the agent because it will cost around $5 the agent strategy will be like this. The agent will tell the client that she will give him a free access by giving a secret code just don’t share it with others and just don’t click the membership button. After telling that the client will get convinced to join that particular site then while filling up the form once that the client filled the form with a valid email address and location together with the valid credit card numbers, the agent will tell the client to press enter not the membership button so that the client will think that the $5 will not be credited to his credit card. But still even if he presses enter it will be credited to him.

In short this kind of job is to scam innocent people. That’s why I quit  because I can’t take it. So I am sharing this to everyone and be ware of those scammers. And if you meet this kind of situation you will have an idea on what to do. If someone gives you a link don’t just share personal information specially if you only met them over the net because you don’t know if they are for real.
